Job description
Role: Travel Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) specializing in pediatric outpatient therapy.
Responsibilities: Assess students, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with school staff and families to support children with behavioral needs.
Qualifications: Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field, active BCBA certification, at least 1,500 hours of supervised fieldwork, and a minimum of one year of experience (preferred 2-3 years). New graduates with certification are accepted.
Skills: Empathy, patience, creativity, strong assessment, and collaboration skills.
Key Duties: Support students in K-12 settings, develop behavior plans, collect and analyze data, and work closely with educational teams and families.
