Job description
Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, Missouri is seeking a licensed clinician to join our Behavioral Assessment Team at the Bolivar Family Care Center. This PRN-on-call role supports safety planning and referrals for patients and families we serve.
You will conduct safety risk assessments, review charts with on-staff physicians, and help develop treatment plans and disposition. Education for patients and caregivers and accurate documentation are essential.
