Now Hiring: Behavioral CaregiverHighland Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavioral Caregivers to join our team! If you're passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with mental health needs, we'd love to hear from you.Position: Part-Time Night Shift Differential: Earn an additional $2.00/hour for shifts worked between 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.What You'll DoProvide compassionate care and supervision in accordance with Title 22 regulations.Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication support.Support residents in achieving their individual care and treatment goals.Monitor resident well-being and report changes to the care team.Transport residents to appointments and community activities, as needed.Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED required.Previous caregiving or mental health experience is preferred.Knowledge of Title 22 regulations is a plus.Valid First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).Valid California Driver's License (if driving is required).Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance, TB screening, and health clearance.Why Join Highland Behavioral Health?Competitive Pay + $2/hour Night Shift Differential 401(k) with Company Match Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Meaningful Work & Career GrowthAt Highland Behavioral Health, we believe compassionate care changes lives.
