Job description
Behavioral Health Care Manager
Lifekind Health is looking for a full-time Behavioral Health Care Manager to serve as a critical link between behavioral health, medical services, and care coordination teams. Our team of medical doctors, psychologists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and dietitians work together within a revolutionary transdisciplinary model that addresses the quadruple aim of healthcare: enhancing patient experience, improving patient health, reducing healthcare costs, and increasing employee satisfaction.
