Job description
Bridgewell is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the clinical and administrative functions of the Sovner Center outpatient behavioral health clinic in Massachusetts. You will ensure delivery of high-quality services in line with contracts, regulations, and Bridgewell standards while guiding clinical staff in growth and development.
You will lead budgeting, staffing, and program operations, maintain compliance with governing bodies, and promote DEIB initiatives.
