Job description
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Georgia is seeking a Human Services Professional to coordinate clinical case management for residents in a Cobb County residential program. You will ensure educational, medical, emotional, and social needs are met and work with families and community resources.
You will monitor residents’ needs, provide case management services, discharge planning, and on-call support. A Bachelor’s in psychology or social work plus two years in behavioral health are required;
