Clinical Nurse Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage nursing services within the Behavioral Health unit.
Develop and implement clinical protocols and staff education programs.
Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Oversee staffing, budgeting, and daily operational efficiencies.
Drive performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
Active RN license in New Mexico or Compact state.
BLS certification (behavioral health specialty certification preferred).
At least 5 years of behavioral health clinical experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
