Job description
Natchaug Hospital in Mansfield, CT, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral Health to lead a team of master's level clinicians, a case manager and a recovery support specialist on an acute inpatient unit serving ages 6-18.
You will provide clinical supervision, support trainee development, and oversee treatment planning, adherence to regulatory requirements, and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the nurse manager and medical director.
