Job description
Catholic Charities in Portland, ME seeks a Clinical Team Lead for Behavioral Health to guide a clinical team and ensure high-quality care. The role requires a master's degree and licensure as an LCSW or LCPC; LMSW-C may be considered. LADC or CADC licensure or 270 hours of approved alcohol and drug education is also required.
A CCS within 12 months is preferred, with supervisory experience valued. The candidate should have ≥2 years of counseling experience; supervision experience is preferred,
