Job description
Thomaston, GA-based licensed professionals provide high-quality behavioral health services to patients in post-acute care facilities. The clinician travels to multiple facilities daily to conduct rounds, assess patients, and develop treatment plans.
You will collaborate with the Psychology Division and facility teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Georgia licensure and eligibility for LPC, LCSW or Psychologist are required; travel and on-site care are normal parts of the role.
