Job description
Lee Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide compassionate, evidence-based care across inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will complete psychosocial assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, and support crisis intervention. You will partner closely with physicians, nurses, and community resources to improve outcomes, reduce readmissions, and promote wellness for diverse patient populations in Southwest Florida.
