Job description

TrueCare in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant to join the primary care treatment team. You will identify, triage, and manage patients with medical and behavioral health needs, delivering psychoeducation and tailored behavioral plans.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, LMFT/LCSW or PhD in Psychology, active California licenses, BLS, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
