Job description
Geisinger Behavioral Health Center Northeast seeks a mission-driven Chief Medical Officer to lead clinical strategy, physician engagement, and quality initiatives across a growing behavioral health system. The role combines executive leadership with ongoing clinical practice within a nationally recognized health system.
The CMO will guide inpatient and outpatient care models, mentor residents, and collaborate across disciplines to improve access, outcomes, and patient experience.
