Job description
CommonSpirit Health's Mercy Hospital in Durango, CO is seeking an Outpatient Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant. You will work as an independent clinician partnering with physicians to provide evidence-based psychosocial interventions, diagnose and treat patients, and perform therapist and case-manager duties within a dynamic, team-based program.
You will utilize CBT, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving approaches, coordinating with PCPs and psychiatrists to optimize patient care
