What You'll Do:
Provides, coordinates, and monitors a variety of direct care activities for clients in the treatment environments. Develops, implements, and facilitates therapeutic activities consistent with agency Model of Care. Offers appropriate interventions to assist in maintaining consumer baseline behaviors. Ensures safety of consumers and maintains cleanliness of FBC milieu. BHC will provide continuous monitoring of clients in crisis and report behaviors to therapeutic and medical staff. BHC will participate in 1 to 1 monitoring of clients when deemed appropriate. BHC will assist in facilitating and monitoring phone calls and visitation to the FBC.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
High school diploma is required.
B.A./B.S. in a related human service field is preferred.
Four years of experience in Mental Health is preferred.
