Job description
Community Care Physicians in New York is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Counselor for their Weight Management and Metabolic Health office. This role screens, assesses, and treats adults within medical weight management programs.
The counselor uses motivational interviewing, CBT, ACT, and other techniques to support behavior change and adherence to treatment plans. A NY LMHC license is required for hire.
