Job description
Signet Health is seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead a 24-bed adult inpatient psychiatric unit at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center, Clinton, MD. The role oversees nursing services across PHP and ED behavioral health, reporting to Behavioral Health Services leadership.
The position demands an MSN and at least 5 years of nursing leadership in hospital psychiatry, with Maryland RN licensure. Salary range is $140,000–$150,000 with generous PTO and benefits.
