Job description
Backus Hospital in Connecticut seeks a Behavioral Health Emergency Room Nurse to join the night shift (7:00 pm – 7:30 am) with rotating weekends and holidays. You will provide rapid assessments for psychiatric emergencies, de-escalate crises, and collaborate with psychiatrists and ER staff to stabilize patients in acute distress.
A CT RN license and BLS are required, CPI training within 90 days is expected.
