Job description
AccentCare is hiring a Registered Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health for home health services. In this role, you’ll deliver in-home skilled nursing to patients with behavioral health needs, performing assessments, administering medications, and monitoring overall mental and physical status. You will develop and update individualized care plans, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and provide education to patients and families.
