Job description
NorthEast Provider Solutions Inc. is seeking an Incident Investigator to conduct thorough investigations of reportable incidents in an inpatient behavioral health setting. You will review documentation, interview staff and patients, and prepare clear written findings aligned with NYS requirements.
The role serves on the Incident Review Committee, manages incident databases, and supports safety and quality improvement initiatives.
