Job description
New Season is seeking a Program Director to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient MAT clinic in Walls, MS. You will lead a diverse team and ensure outstanding patient care while guiding strategic initiatives with the Medical Director and Regional Director.
You will ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA, DEA, and federal regulations, manage budgets, quality assurance, staffing, and accreditation readiness, and build strong community partnerships to support a positive team culture.
