We go beyond primary care with a full spectrum of services including cardiovascular health services, behavioral health, allergy testing and immunotherapy, in-house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management, and other specialty health services. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Medical Assistant (MA) to support our telemedicine psychiatric providers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. This role involves coordinating virtual patient visits, managing records, and ensuring each patient receives a smooth, high-quality telehealth experience.
Prepare patients for virtual appointments by confirming demographics, medications, and visit details.
Obtain and document patient health information, including behavioral health screening tools.
Support psychiatric providers during telehealth visits with documentation and coordination.
Assist with medication refills, lab orders, prior authorizations, and pharmacy communication.
Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) required.
1+ year of experience in behavioral health, telemedicine, or outpatient primary care preferred.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
