Job description
Blue Shield of CA seeks a Medical Director, Behavioral Health to lead clinical policy and oversight for behavioral health services in California. The role focuses on concurrent review, utilization management, and collaboration with Clinical Care Managers to optimize patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will hold an MD/DO, be board-certified in Psychiatry, and possess an active CA license with substantial managed care experience. A hybrid work arrangement is available.
