Job description
Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Milieu Specialist at Southeast Behavioral Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO. The role focuses on patient safety, staff education, and culture development to support continuous, safe care.
You will train MHTs, oversee fidelity and group programming with the Clinical Services leadership, and work across child to geriatric populations. Hours are 10:30 AM–11 PM with rotating weekends; related certifications are required on hire.
