Job description
Summit Oaks Hospital is seeking a per diem Nursing Supervisor (RN) to assume responsibility for complete facility operations during an assigned shift, supervising nursing and clinical staff and ensuring care is delivered accurately, timely, and safely.
The role involves assisting staffing coordination for RN and Mental Health Associate staffing, communicating issues to the nursing management team, and conducting round audits. Shift differentials apply; per diem; not eligible for benefits.
