Job description
Desert Parkway Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join its leadership team in Las Vegas. The ADON will help shape clinical practices, mentor leaders, and foster a culture of empathy, excellence, and continuous improvement to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
The role requires an active Nevada RN license with psychiatric nursing experience and progressive nursing leadership.
