Job description
The MetroHealth System is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for the Cleveland Heights Health Center. This role supports the 7p-7a shift with rotating weekends/holidays, guiding nursing teams to deliver high-quality patient care and manage staffing for the assigned unit within the health center.
The supervisor reports to the Director of Nursing and must be able to lead infant through adult patient care, maintaining MetroHealth’s mission, values, and commitment to exceptional service.
