Job description
Diversus Health, located in Colorado Springs, is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead operations during this pivotal growth phase. The COO will play a key role in shaping the organization’s future, overseeing a $47 million nonprofit committed to delivering exceptional behavioral health care to over 11,000 individuals annually.
The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in behavioral health, strong executive leadership experience, and the capability to navigate and lead in complex environments. A minimum of 10 years in executive roles within healthcare or nonprofit organizations is required.
