Job description
Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Director of Outpatient Services to lead PHP and IOP programs, drive clinical and operational excellence, and expand access to care.
You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, partner with leadership to grow referrals, and champion patient outcomes in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
