Job Description:
Ro Health is hiring passionate Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Behavioral Health Class Aides to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the school year . What You'll Do:
Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs
Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development
Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff
Foster a safe, supportive learning environment
Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors

Transparent and competitive weekly pay: $19-$21/hr based on experience
Hands-on support with credentialing, onboarding, and case transitions

What You'll Need: Associate's Degree or 60+ cumulative college level courses If you do not meet our education requirement, we will support you with obtaining necessary certifications
Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred)
Experience with behavior management (6 months minimum - required)
Inclination to work well in a team environment
Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (Monday-Friday, School Hours)
Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hour (depending on assignment & experience)
