Job description
Hope Network is seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist to join Macomb Health Partners. In this full-time role, you will use your lived experience of recovery to support individuals with behavioral health or social challenges. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one and group peer support, sharing recovery tools, assisting with goal setting, and connecting individuals to community resources. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document services, and advocate for person-centered care in a compassionate, inclusive environment focused on independence and community integration.
