Job description
Carle Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide evidence-based assessment, counseling, and care coordination for patients in a community-focused setting. In this role, you will complete psychosocial evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and community partners to ensure safe, high-quality, and culturally responsive care.
