Job description
Lyra Health is seeking a Quality Improvement Lead to strengthen clinical quality, safety, and regulatory readiness across the organization. You will analyze data, drive performance improvement initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement evidence-based solutions.
Reporting to the Clinical Quality Department, you will lead audits, develop dashboards, and coach staff on documentation, risk assessment, and compliance.
