Job description
Telecare seeks a Clinical Quality Manager in Alameda, CA to lead quality and risk management for behavioral health programs. You will orchestrate onsite quality rounding, root cause analyses, and policy development to support survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
You will collaborate with program leaders, manage improvement plans, and guide teams using data from Avatar, QLIK, RL Datix, and related tools. A Master’s degree and active behavioral health license are required.
