Job description
Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a compassionate Recovery Support professional to empower adults and families engaged in behavioral health and housing services. In this role, you will provide person-centered, recovery-focused support through one-on-one and group interactions, helping clients build coping skills, strengthen daily living abilities, and connect with vital community resources. Working within a mission-driven, faith-based, and inclusive culture, you will collaborate with clinicians and case managers to implement individualized recovery plans, document progress, and promote dignity, hope, and independence for those navigating mental health or substance use challenges.
