Job description
University of Texas–Austin seeks a Behavioral Health Referrals Team Lead to supervise referral operations and ensure timely, compliant processing across TCMH programs. You will train staff, monitor workflows, and collaborate with CPAN/PeriPAN and school partners to support patient access to pediatric mental health services.
You will coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, manage EMR communications, and uphold high-quality referral outcomes in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
