Job description
HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to support behavioral and mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. The RN will complete health assessments, monitor medications and side effects, coordinate care with therapists and psychiatrists, educate clients and caregivers, and respond to health concerns in home, office, and community settings. This role collaborates within a multidisciplinary team, maintains accurate clinical documentation, upholds safety and compliance standards, and contributes to client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
