Job description
Saint Mary’s Regional Health System in Russellville, AR seeks a Registered Nurse for our Behavioral Health unit. In this role, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adults and adolescents experiencing behavioral health conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, care planning, and EHR documentation. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff to ensure safe, therapeutic environments, support crisis stabilization, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in our mission-driven community hospital.
