Job description
Family & Children’s Services in the OKC/Norman area is seeking an RN Care Manager to deliver integrated nursing and case management for individuals with behavioral health, substance use, and medical needs. You will perform assessments, provide nursing care, coordinate services and educate clients to support recovery.
