Job description
Innovive Health seeks a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a home health setting. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities include monitoring progress, educating patients and caregivers, and ensuring accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance. A BSN is preferred and a valid RN license is required.
