Job description
Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (BHRN) to provide psychiatric evaluation and therapy to homebound patients. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agencies while ensuring accurate documentation and eligibility for home health status.
The role requires an RN license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
