Job description
Angels Care Home Health seeks a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to provide psychiatric evaluation and therapy for homebound patients. The role coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, patient and family, and referring agencies to ensure quality, continuity, and safety in the home setting.
The BHRN conducts in-home assessments, develops care plans, and documents care with an emphasis on medical necessity and regulatory compliance while collaborating with physicians and caregivers.
