Job description
Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to provide psychiatric evaluation and therapy to homebound patients. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient families, and referring agencies, while ensuring accurate medication profiles and timely documentation.
The role requires a state RN license, 1–2 years of nursing experience in psychiatric settings, CPR, and Hepatitis consent/declination.
