Job description
LewisGale Regional Health System is seeking an RN Manager Behavioral Health for LewisGale Hospital Alleghany in Virginia. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate all phases of the behavioral health program, supervise clinical staff, and participate in recruitment and community outreach.
You will develop policies, oversee staffing, collaborate with the treatment team, and help manage budgets and quality initiatives to meet regulatory standards.
