Job description
Tufts Medicine Behavioral Hospital in Malden, MA is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations across assigned units, ensuring safe, high‑quality behavioral health care. You will collaborate with treatment teams, manage resources, and mentor staff in a patient‑centered environment.
Required BSN or higher (preferred), current RN license in Massachusetts, 3+ years RN experience with supervisory or charge RN exposure, CPR/de‑escalation training.
