BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced Behavioral Health RN to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Winter Haven Hospital's Behavioral Health Center in Winter Haven, Florida!
Facility: Winter Haven Behavioral Health
Status: Full time, 36 hours per week
Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Shift: Days
On Call: No
The Clinical Nurse II is responsible for:
Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
Professional accountability and development.
The Clinical Nurse II performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
Certifications and Licensures:
Required - BLS (Basic Life Support)
Required - RN (Registered Nurse)
Preferred - Nurse Specialty
Education :
Required - Associate's or Diploma in Nursing
Preferred - Bachelor's in Nursing
Experience:
Required - 2 years' experience as a licensed RN and completion of all Clinical Nurse Requirements
