Job Specifics:
Location: 301 E St Joseph St, Green Bay, WI 54301
Hours: 32 hours/week
FTE Status: 0.80 FTE, Full-Time
Work Schedule: Mix of day and p.m. shifts, with an every other weekend rotation; day shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm and p.m. shift - 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Job Description:
A clinically competent professional who assists in delivering care through a planned process of observation, planning, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation.
Effectively interacts with patients, significant others, and other health care team members while maintaining the standards of their discipline.
Job duties are performed under the supervision of a licensed registered nurse and licensed therapist.
This position will be working on the Adult Unit of the inpatient psychiatry facility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development or related field required.
Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI) and CPR must be successfully completed by the end of orientation.
