Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego seeks a Behavioral Health Team Lead to support the Program Manager at Rachel's Women’s Center & Rachel's Night Shelter. You will supervise BH staff, coordinate services, and ensure trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care for participants with substance use, mental health, and trauma histories.
