Behavioral Health TechnicianHighlands Behavioral Health System is an 86 bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Littleton, CO. Highlands features individual units for adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. The BHT can achieve advancement in title and compensation by following the BHT Career Ladder process. $1 added to base rate of pay if bilingual (must pass a language assessment; eligible to take assessment after completing first 30 days).Qualifications Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in human services field preferred.Two+ (2+) years of education focused on nursing, psychology, social service, medicine or related field or completion of EMT, CNA, Medical Assistant, Security Training program or equivalent preferred.At least one year relevant experience preferred.Must maintain a valid driver's license in the applicable state.Additional Requirements:CPR certification within 30 days of employment and successful completion of training in Handle with Care.About Universal Health Services:One of the nation's largest and most respected providers of hospital and healthcare services, Universal Health Services, Inc.
