Job description
Adventist Health is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to support patients and clinical teams in delivering whole-person care. In this on-site role, you will monitor patient safety and behavior, provide therapeutic engagement, assist with daily living activities, support treatment plans, and document observations. You will collaborate with nurses and other clinicians, using respectful communication and approved de-escalation practices to help maintain a safe, healing environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; behavioral health or patient-care experience and relevant certifications are preferred.
